Overview
This activity will review the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) Clinical Practice Guidelines for the Evaluation and Management of Well-Appearing Febrile Infants 8 to 60 Days Old published on August 1, 2021.

ACCME Objectives
  1. Identify the correct tests to determine the risk of an invasive bacterial infection in young infants (28-60d).
  2. Discuss the appropriate antibiotics and dosage of each based on the infants age and lab results.
