The pediatric cardiology echocardiogram lecture series and interesting cases will evaluate many different types of congenital heart disease lesions. This activity will focus on the pediatric echocardiogram images required for the diagnosis of the congenital heart disease lesion and the echocardiogram images needed for pre-and post-operative management. At the conclusion of the activity, learners will implement at least one (or more) strategy, new technique(s) or intervention(s) to identify the specific echocardiographic findings of disease which assist in clinical decision making and improve echo study quality.

1. Describe the anatomy of pulmonary atresia with ventricular septal defect.
2. Analyze the fetal and transthoracic echocardiogram images required to diagnose the different types of pulmonary atresia with ventricular septal defect.
3. Discuss pre- and post-operative course.
