PEDIATRIX EMPLOYEES

  • Select Sign In located within the top navigation bar.
  • Select I am a Pediatrix employee to login to CloudCME with your Pediatrix network credentials.

IMPORTANT NOTE: please do not create a new non-Pediatrix account using your personal email address.

 

NON-PEDIATRIX EMPLOYEES

NEW USERS

  • To create a new account, click Sign In
  • Select I am NOT a Pediatrix employee and then, click Don’t have an account?
  • Complete the required information and then, select Create Account

 EXISTING USERS

  • Select Sign In and then click I am NOT a Pediatrix employee to log into CloudCME with your email (username) and password.

Forgot Password?

  • Select Sign In and then click I am NOT a Pediatrix employee
  • Click Forgot Your Password?
  • Enter your email address (username) you use to login to CloudCME
    • Then, select Reset Password
  • You will receive a password reset email with additional instructions.
    • Be sure to check your Spam, Trash or Quarantine folders if you do not receive the email within a few minutes.

  • If you are unsure which email your account is registered under, please email us at [email protected]
  • Please DO NOT set up a new account with a different email – your accounts will not automatically merge!


How to Record Your Attendance

1. Via text message – A distinct code will be provided for each activity.

If this is the first time you are texting your attendance, you must first pair your mobile number to your account.  Text your email address to (954) 939-0062 to opt-in to the text message attendance program.  You will receive a text notification indicating your phone number has been updated. 

Once your account is paired to your mobile number and you have obtained the event code, send the code via text to: (954) 939-0062. For recording Live Stream activities, attendees will receive a code via email.

Please note, attendance can only be recorded 60 minutes prior to the activity start time, during the activity and up to 60 minutes after the activity closes.

2.  Via mobile app – in your browser search CloudCME® check in or CloudCME® mobile app and download to your Apple or Android device(s)  to access the Check-in menu and scan a QR code. This app also features mobile access to your transcripts, access to the calendar of events, and many other exciting features!  

 

Faculty

If you are a faculty member, when you login you will see a “Faculty” tab in the top navigation bar. Click to view any of the tasks that you need to complete. Click a form to display it, enter your information as needed and click “Submit” once done. Completed forms show a green check-mark next to them.

If you are trying to complete a form, register, or fill out an evaluation the preferred internet browsers for this site are Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
