Topics include conflicting vaccine recommendations, the tension between federal and state guidance, and emerging issues in consent language. Faculty will review current and anticipated investigations and litigation, including high-profile cases involving the AAP, Children’s Health Defense, Texas NCI matters.  Faculty will also review the expanding landscape of NEC-related claims & recent “nuclear verdicts,” trends driving escalating jury awards, and the potential impact of state-level caps. Participants will gain a clear understanding of the risks shaping today’s healthcare environment and the implications for future practice.
